TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Docday Pharmacy, We, or Us refers to the business entity operating under the name Docday Pharmacy. Customer or You refers to any individual, retailer, practitioner, or entity purchasing products from us. Products refers to all Ayurvedic, Unani, and herbal formulations sold by Docday Pharmacy. Platform refers to our website, mobile application, or any other online sales channel.
2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online platform and all retail and wholesale transactions conducted at our physical premises or through offline channels including phone, email, or direct orders.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Retailers and wholesalers must provide valid business registration details and, where applicable, drug license information. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AUTHENTICITY
All products sold by Docday Pharmacy are sourced directly from authorized manufacturers or their authorized distributors. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of every product. Product descriptions, images, and usage instructions are provided by manufacturers. Docday Pharmacy is not responsible for typographical errors or outdated information on product packaging. Ayurvedic and Unani products are traditional formulations and results may vary from person to person.
5. ORDERS AND PRICING
All orders are subject to product availability. Prices displayed on the platform or quoted offline are in Indian Rupees and inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed will be honored at the quoted price. For wholesale orders, pricing is negotiable based on volume and subject to separate agreements.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
For online purchases, payment must be made in full via available methods including UPI, credit or debit cards, net banking, wallets, or cash on delivery where applicable before order processing. For offline purchases, payment terms for wholesale buyers may be extended based on credit approval and signed agreements. Retail purchases require immediate payment. Docday Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel orders with failed or fraudulent payment attempts.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
We deliver across India to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery. For bulk or wholesale online orders, shipping charges may apply or be waived based on order value and destination.
8. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
For online orders, cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Perishable items, opened products, and special-order items are non-returnable. For offline sales, returns are accepted only with original invoice and subject to inspection. Wholesale returns require prior approval. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
9. WHOLESALE AND BULK ORDERS
Wholesale buyers must submit a valid GST registration and drug license if applicable. Minimum order quantities may apply for wholesale pricing. Payment terms for approved wholesale accounts are net 15 or 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Wholesale orders are non-returnable except for manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
10. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
All Ayurvedic and Unani products are sold under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and applicable rules. Docday Pharmacy holds valid licenses for retail and wholesale of drugs including Ayurvedic and Unani as required by law. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding the purchase, storage, and sale of herbal products in their jurisdiction.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Docday Pharmacy platform including logos, trademarks, product images, and descriptions is the property of Docday Pharmacy or its licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Docday Pharmacy's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delay in delivery, or platform unavailability. Product usage is at the Customer's own risk. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified physician before using any herbal formulation, especially if pregnant, nursing, or under medication.
13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Customer data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required for order fulfillment or legal compliance.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing resolution, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your registered city.
15. AMENDMENTS
Docday Pharmacy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
